1. Introduction
Welcome to SAKR STORES ("Platform", "Website", "We", "Us", or "Our").
SAKR STORES is an e-commerce marketplace specializing in home improvement products, home décor, smart home solutions, furniture, household accessories, and related products offered by approved sellers and merchants.
By accessing, browsing, registering, purchasing, selling, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any related policies published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
Platform: Refers to SAKR STORES website, mobile applications, and related services.
Company: Refers to the legal entity operating SAKR STORES.
User: Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
Buyer: A User who purchases products through the Platform.

3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:

· Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
· Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
· Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.
4. Account Registration

The Company reserves the right to:
· Approve or reject any registration request.

· Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users may not create multiple accounts without prior written approval from the Company.
5. Marketplace Nature of Service
SAKR STORES operates primarily as an online marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Company is not a party to the sales contract concluded between Buyers and Sellers.
The Seller is solely responsible for:
· Product quality.
· Product descriptions.
· Product warranties.
· Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Product safety and authenticity.
6. Products and Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that:
· Product descriptions are accurate.
· Product images fairly represent the products offered.
· Products comply with all applicable laws.
· Products do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
The Company reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms.
7. Orders and Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform shall be in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
The Company reserves the right to:
· Correct pricing errors.
· Cancel orders affected by technical or pricing inaccuracies.
· Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
An Order becomes binding only after confirmation and successful payment processing, where applicable.
8. Payments
The Platform accepts payment methods displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment information, Users authorize the Platform and its payment service providers to process transactions.
The Company reserves the right to:
· Decline transactions.
· Conduct fraud prevention checks.
· Suspend accounts involved in suspicious activities.
Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the Refund and Return Policy.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery services are governed by the Platform’s Shipping Policy.
While the Company endeavors to facilitate timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond the Company's control.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
· Shipping carriers.
· Customs procedures.
· Force majeure events.
· Incorrect information provided by Users.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be governed by the Platform’s Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Products may be eligible for return or exchange subject to:

· Images.
· Text and content.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
· Provide false or misleading information.
· Violate any applicable laws.
· Infringe intellectual property rights.
· Upload malicious software.
· Engage in fraudulent activities.
· Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
· Sell prohibited or illegal products.
The Company reserves the right to take legal action against violators.
14. Privacy and Data Protection

Collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 where applicable.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
· Seller misconduct.
· Product defects.
· Delivery delays.
· Service interruptions.
· Data loss.
· Indirect or consequential damages.
· Loss of profits or business opportunities.
In all cases, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAKR STORES, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising from:
· Violation of these Terms.
· Violation of applicable laws.
· Infringement of third-party rights.
· Misuse of the Platform.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
· Natural disasters.
· Government actions.
· War.
· Civil unrest.
· Internet outages.
· Power failures.
· Epidemics or pandemics.
18. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform immediately if:
· These Terms are violated.
· Fraudulent activity is suspected.
· Required verification information is not provided.
· Continued access poses legal, operational, or security risks.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
20. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
